We can provide services with lower taxes simply by getting greater efficiency from government.  Everyone knows there is waste and duplication of services in government.  If we study local government for waste and duplication we can find ways to get more efficiency from government.

We need to create taxpayer groups in each county to study local government.
We can provide services with lower taxes by eliminating duplication in government services.  In Orange County, we have eight separate fire departments with 69 fire stations.  If we consolidated fire departments, we can cut the number of stations in half without reducing safety. 

We need to consolidate government services regionally to lower taxes.
Most of the innovation found in the private sector has not been implemented by our government.  The reason for this is government by design is inefficient to protect government jobs.  We need to bring innovations like online permitting and licensing and do away with agencies like the Division of Motor Vehicles. 

We need to bring innovation to government.
